Here is another anthro hand concept (Dorsal, Palmar, Lateral, and Medial aspects). This time its a concept for anthros of the Equus Family of Hoofed Mammals (Equus-Species of hoofed mammal, which walks on only one digit like a Horse, Donkey, Zebra, ex cetera).
This was a very difficult task for there is only one digit in the bone structure of the real animal, with no evidence of other digits and the hand needed to actually be practical and able to manipulate objects. So I'm not fully satisfied with how this one turned out, it is a bit odd looking. An interesting design none the less hope you enjoy. Graphite Pencils on Printer Paper. (If you'd like to take a look, there are also Canid(Wolves/Dogs) and Cervidae(Deer/Elk) Hand Concepts in my scraps aswell.) Familys-Ursidae, Felidai, and Bovidae still to come, as I get around to them. |
